JAIMIE SEATON

FOUNDER

Jaimie Seaton has been a journalist and writer for more than 20 years and has lived and worked all over the world. She began her career in Washington, DC, in the press office of the Clinton/Gore Presidential Transition and then went on to the DC bureau of the Sunday Times of London. From there, Jaimie moved to Johannesburg, where she reported for the Sunday Times of London, Newsweek and Independent News & Media—the largest local newspaper group in the country. She was also the founding editor of Africa Focus, a mining journal covering sub-Saharan Africa.

After a few years back in the U.S., Jaimie relocated to Singapore, where she focused her reporting on the marketing industry. (For fun, she started a company that imported Jack Rogers shoes from the U.S.) After moving to Bangkok, Jaimie became Newsweek’s Thailand correspondent, and reported on four coups in two years. During a second stint in Singapore, Jaimie was the editor of Marketing Events magazine, covering the MICE industry.

Throughout her career, Jaimie has worked with global companies to craft a variety of collateral, from scripts and speeches to internal publications and sales brochures. Senior executives of leading companies and organizations trust Jaimie to convey their message—whether in a published article or presentation or personal communications. She specializes in distilling complicated subjects and messages into clear, concise prose.

Former clients include Aon Consulting, Black & Veatch, Deloitte & Touche and Mindshare.
